1. General

7.8 The Casino is the final decision-maker as to whether you violated rules, terms, or conditions in a way that results in suspension or permanent barring.

8. Use of Player Account

8.1 Each player may create only one personal account per residential address, household, IP address, and device/PC. Multiple accounts may result in termination of all such accounts and cancellation of payouts. You must not provide account access to third parties, including minors.

8.2 Any returns, winnings, or bonuses received while a duplicate account was active may be forfeited and reclaimed by the Casino. You must return any funds withdrawn from a duplicate account upon demand.

8.3 The Website is for personal use only and must not be used for commercial profit.

8.4 We may place a phone call to the number on your account as part of KYC. Withdrawals may be paused until verification is complete. We will make reasonable efforts to reach you; if we cannot contact you within two (2) weeks from your withdrawal request, your account may be locked for failure to pass KYC.

9. Anti-Fraud Policy

9.1 We enforce a strict anti-fraud policy. If we suspect:

  • collusion with other players;
  • strategies aimed at unfair winnings;

  • chargebacks or payment denials;
  • other cheating;
  • forged documents;
  • multiple accounts; or

9.2 The Casino may close a Player Account and refund the balance (minus withdrawal charges) at its absolute discretion without stating a reason or giving prior notice.

9.3 The Casino has zero tolerance for advantage play. We reserve the right to void bonuses and winnings from such bonuses for:

  • use of stolen cards;
  • chargebacks;
  • creating more than one account to gain promo advantage;

  • forged documents;

9.4 We may retain payments where there is suspicion/evidence of system manipulation. Criminal charges may be brought against anyone who manipulates or attempts to manipulate the system. We reserve the right to terminate/change any games or events.

9.5 If you become aware of any software errors or incompleteness, you agree not to exploit them and to notify the Casino immediately. Failure to do so may result in liability for full compensation of costs related to the issue and your failure to notify.

9.6 Each deposit must be wagered at least 1x before related funds can be withdrawn. If multiple deposits are made with no gaming activity, the total must be wagered before withdrawal. Where money laundering or fraud is suspected, we may require deposits to be wagered at least 3x.

9.7 For verification, documents (ID, payment method, utility bills, etc.) must be in Latin or Cyrillic. If you cannot provide such documents, we may require video verification.

9.8 The Casino is not a financial institution. Accounts do not bear interest and we do not provide conversion or exchange services (including fiat-crypto exchange).

10. Depositing

11. Withdrawal Policy

11.2 We may verify your identity before processing payouts and hold refunds/withdrawals for the time needed. 11.12 If you deposited via credit/debit card and your withdrawal is equal to or smaller than the total deposited by card, we may pay it back to the card. Any excess over the deposited amount will be paid via an alternative method.

11.13 If identity verification is required prior to payout, the withdrawal may be held up to 72 hours. Providing false personal data may lead to cancellation of all bets and winnings and account termination (you will be informed by email).

11.14 The internal operating currency is GBP/Euro. If you transact in other currencies, the amount deducted by your bank may differ slightly from the amount shown due to currency conversion by your bank and/or our processor. Bank Transfer for USD payouts is not available. Bank Transfers are generally processed within 3 working days.

11.15 Withdrawals via bank transfer may, in exceptional cases, incur intermediary bank fees (outside our control), typically up to the equivalent of GBP/EUR 16.

11.16 The Casino is not a financial institution. Accounts bear no interest and we do not offer exchange services.

11.17 All costs incurred during a refund procedure are borne by the player.

12. Dormant Accounts

12.1 An inactive account is one with no login for 12 consecutive months. If your account is inactive, the Casino may charge a monthly administrative fee of 25 EUR (or equivalent), up to the available balance.

12.2 You authorize the Casino to debit this fee at the beginning of the month after your account becomes inactive and monthly thereafter while the account remains inactive. Fees stop when the balance reaches zero or the account is re-activated.

13. Expiry Period

Any claim or cause of action related to these Terms or a service provided by the Casino must be filed within one (1) year after it arose.

14. Refund Policy

14.1 Refund requests are considered only if requested within the first 24 hours of the transaction, or within 30 calendar days if you allege that another individual accessed your account.

14.2 If you funded your account with a credit card, we reserve the right to pay withdrawals up to the total deposited as refunds against purchases. Any amount exceeding the total deposited will be paid via one of our alternative methods.

14.3 Before processing a refund, all bonuses and winnings in your balance will be deducted.

14.4 If any credit card deposits/withdrawals are considered to carry unacceptable risk by our processors or by the Casino, we will refund all such transactions to the card and notify the appropriate parties and authorities.

15. Complaints

15.1 Complaints are handled by our support team and escalated internally if not resolved immediately. You will be kept informed within reasonable limits.

15.2 The Casino acknowledges complaints started by the account holder only. You may not assign or transfer your complaint to any third party.

15.3 The Casino will dismiss complaints handled by third parties and not the original account owner.

15.4 In the event of a dispute, server logs and records are the final authority. If there is a disagreement between the result on your screen and the game server, the server result prevails. Our records are the final authority regarding participation and results.

15.5 When we need to contact you regarding a dispute, we will use the contact details provided in your Player Account.

16. Non-Transferability

You may not assign, pledge, or transfer any claims arising from these Terms, from the use of the Website, or participation in Games without the Casino’s consent. This includes any transfer or encumbrance of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights, and claims in any form.

17. Arbitration

All disputes between you and the Casino (including successors) arising out of these Terms or related agreements shall be settled exclusively by arbitration in Cyprus, in accordance with Cyprus Civil Procedure Rules.
